The hotel has first class facilities, with discreet design, maintaining the classic lines of early XX century German architecture, with cozy spaces and corners, spacious lounges, with indoor and outdoor dining rooms, terraces and garden, underground bar, wine cellar and cinema.

The rooms are spacious, decorated with original paintings of local artists and painted with various colors, to recreate the chromatic diversity of Valparaíso. Architects, builders and craftsmen who built these houses, had as imperative to build spacious places, high ceilings and optimal spatial orientation to take advantage of sunlight at all times. Today, thanks to his talent and effort, we can see these buildings intact, and propose us as a challenge, creatively intervene them with the same philosophy: to transform and recreate this constructions for the new generations and give them a usage that everyone can share and enjoy.
